We do not offer order cancellations, returns, or exchanges on our orders, as all our products are made to order specifically for you. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product due to our error, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or return.
To initiate this process, please email us your concern at customercare@faballey.com within 5 business days of receiving your parcel. Once we have processed your request and verified the issue, we will arrange for a pickup of the item within the next 5-7 business days.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is deemed unfit for resale.
After we receive the item back at our warehouse and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or exchange request. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase, while exchanges will be processed as a new order.
